• All items hired remain the property of Dressed Events Ltd
  • The Hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to all items whilst on loan up until their satisfactory return.
  • A non-returnable deposit of £50 must be received at the time of booking. Written confirmation will be supplied for all accepted bookings.
  • Full payment must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
  • A replacement charge will be made on any hired goods if returned damaged beyond repair.
  • A late return fee will apply to items that have not been returned on the agreed return date.
  • The owners will not be held responsible for injury or damage to persons or property however sustained from articles hired.
  • Goods must be returned using the original packaging supplied.
  • All items will be made available for hire throughout the UK. These costs will be fully detailed in our comprehensive quote.
  • The Company will follow GDPR at all times when asking for or handling the Hirers information. Personal data shall be processed fairly and lawfully. Data is processed only for the purpose(s) for which it is collected. A review of the privacy policy is available on our website.
